Development
SBM Formulation offers global development services: from pre-formulation to the industrialization of plant protection specialties, both solid and liquid, based on synthetic chemistry and biocontrol.
Design and management
The Development department is made up of a multi-disciplinary team experienced in formulation techniques, on both laboratory and industrial scales.
Depending on customer requirements, our technicians and engineers carry out all or part of the process:
- Development of formulas based on specifications
- Optimisation studies:
- Finalisation of formulas after feasibility study
- Adjustment of formulas to bring them into line with regulatory requirements
- Optimisation of the stability and performance of existing formulas
- Pilot study to assess the industrial feasibility of the formulas defined
- Production of GLP, bio or marketing samples
- Industrialization
- Guidance for customers on the formula best suited to their specifications.

Our packaging tools are dedicated to both liquids and solids. Efficient and flexible, they integrate DataMatrix requirements.
SBM Formulation, as part of its commitment to quality and continuous improvement, ensures product traceability through scanning.
